NEW ORLEANS - The person last seen with Terrilyn Monette has been identified and was interviewed by detectives. Surveillance footage from that evening has been reviewed, but a police spokesman said they cannot comment on the contents because of the ongoing investigation. Police said they do not believe that Monette ever made it back to her apartment.Her car was not equipped with any kind of tracking device such as OnStar or LoJack. This was determined on the night she was reported missing.Police said they have learned that her cellular phone stopped functioning four hours before she disappeared. When it stopped working, she was at Parlay’s, and it has not come on since. Detectives have worked this investigation twenty-four hours per day since she was reported missing and all resources are being used to investigate this disappearance. The case remains under investigation.

New Orleans, La. – The NOPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
Police are looking for 26 year-old Terrilynn Monnette. She was last seen early Saturday morning at Parlay’s Bar in the 8000 block of Harrison Avenue.
Monnette’s mother advised police that around 3:30am, Monnette had gone to the bar with a few acquaintances and was last seen sleeping in her 2012 Honda Accord in the parking lot.
Monnette allegedly told her acquaintances that she was going to sleep in her car before driving home due to having consumed alcoholic beverages.
Monnette is described as an African-American female, approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 180 pounds and having a light complexion with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink and yellow sweater with blue jeans. Monette has a tattoo on her left leg.
Her car is a black 2012 two-door Honda Accord with Louisiana license plate number WUN 494.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Terrilynn Monnette is asked to call 504-821-2222

“RiRi Woo”: MAC & Rihanna 2013 Collab!

Yesterday evening, Womens Wear Daily reported that MAC Cosmetics has partnered with music sensation Rihanna for “RiRi Hearts MAC” collection. Four limited edition color collections set to launch throughout 2013. This will be the first time MAC has teamed with a celebrity on a long-term collaborative effort.
The first product to launch will be “RiRi Woo”, a lipstick inspired by her favorites, MAC red and Ruby Woo. Its release will coincide with Rihanna’s Diamonds Tour concerts on May 4 and 5 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where MAC will open a pop-up shop on the first night to showcase the line. It will also go on sale online!
The sleek, beautiful packaging will be unique in color and embossed with Rihanna’s signature!

Review: “Strong Woman”

I fell in love with the bold color choices!
My favorite lipstick from the collection is definitely “Strong Woman”!
This is a look I did with MAC “strong woman” lipstick…

FYI I used NYX “deep purple” lip liner.
Overview:
Finish- Matte
Color- Purple (I would describe it as being on more of the redish side of tge purple spectrum)
Cost- $15
Availability- Limited edition collection, currently sold out at MAC Cosmetics online and in store. Some still available for bid on EBay through private sellers.
Review:
I was a little skeptical about this color being matte because generally I am not a huge fan of matte finish lipstick. However, MAC has definitely got a great matte formula and the “strong woman” lippie was matte but not dry or drying which I enjoyed. The color lasts and I feel that it is definitely a wearable shade of purple! Love it! Definitely think MAC shoukd consider adding it to the permanent collection!
